Industrifil proposes miniature wire
and cables
for gauges or gages of extensometry.
The conductor element of these wires are
in bare or multistranded copper (i.e. flexible
and very flexible), silver or nickel clad,
and they are insulated in Téflon® or Néoflon® PFA giving to
these products a use for high temperatures which can reach 200
to 250 °C.

Our wires and cables have properties particularly appropriate
to the use of strain gauges or strain gages : a light weight,
a great flexibility and a compactness which modify only
little the nature of the recorded results.
Our
insulated wires, available 12 colors in reels of 100 m,
are adapted perfectly to the installation of gauges for
stress analysis,
for the determination of the residual stresses or to measure the propagation
of cracks. These wire are also used
for the internal wiring of the laod-cells, force sensors, extensometers,
torquemeters sensors, pressure sensors ...
in the test laboratories, in the industrial or medical fields.
We manufacture and we hold in stock a broad range of subminiature
multicore
cables (#32, 36 and 38 AWG) for
the external connections of these sensors. On request and
from 100 meters, we carry out multicore or composite
cables according to your specifications.
We propose also a range intended for the dynamic
applications such as uses on mannequins of crash-tests or
for installations out of wind-tunnels. This range of
flexible cables
is declined into 4, 6 and 12 conductors but we manufacture also cables
with more than 60 cores with
completion dates lower than 15 days.
